In keeping with its ongoing efforts to serve all members of the public, the North of the River Recreation and Park District (District) is updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and transition plan. The accessibility plan provides a comprehensive plan to ensure access for persons with disabilities to District facilities, programs, services, activities and events.
The District is seeking input from the community and organizations assisting persons with disabilities. Your feedback will assist in addressing and prioritizing current and future accessibility needs.
Your comments and opinions are important to us and will provide valuable information regarding how the District can better serve persons with disabilities.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADJUST ASSESSMENT FEES FOR CHEVRON NORTH MEADOWS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
North of the River Recreation and Park District Board of Directors intends to adopt a resolution stating that Fiscal Year 2026-2027 fees for maintenance of street landscaping in the Chevron North Meadows Maintenance District will include the California Consumer Price Index adjustment of 2.9%.
Any interested property owner objecting to the amount of the assessment on any parcel or parcels, or the fairness of the benefit formula, may file a written protest with the Clerk of the Board of Directors at or before the hour fixed for hearing a protest. Said protest shall be signed by the property owner and shall describe the subject parcel of the protest and grounds for the protest. Property owners may also appear and be heard. Both written and verbal protests may be received from any property owner.
A hearing to consider this action is scheduled Monday, May 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Full details and the engineer’s report of the assessment are contained herein:
